Dear Google Hangouts I enjoy your app. But that doesnt go with out saying trying to watch videos that my friends send me.When it try to watch them the call ends. But when Im on the computer it doesnt do this. Please I urge you to fix this.

The notification is received as sound but the counting is not reflected on the screen.

Used to be able to click a link friends would send me to join a video call. Now when I do so, I get prompted to down Google+ Hangouts plugin. I am no longer able to join these calls, even though a month ago I was able to. No articles have been helpful.

A 22-second video takes 30 minutes to upload. Good job.

My wifi is very strong and if I send any video (30 second video) it says "sending" and never goes through. Ive reinstalled several times, restarted my phone and still the same. Tried from my desktop, and still the same issue. Also, why doesnt gmail allow me to access my videos on my phone.

Its great to have some agnostic audio/video conferencing solution. To make it even better, wed love to see proper screen sharing someday on the iPad version.

Which means I cant use google hangouts. Well done guys.

When Google added the ability to answer calls normally, instead of having to use their kludgey implementation, the usefulness of Hangouts went up exponentially. Does it still have design issues? Yes. Will Google ever get around to fixing them? Probably not. But at least it works now as it should.

This app is definitely a great one. I love talking to my friends and my family on here... but im just wondering if there is a problem? Ive tried to send videos and photos etc. It doesnt send for 10 to 15 minutes just for even a 5 second video. Or is my battery needed to be at full percent? Its really frustrating.

Overall, this is a great app that offers a lot of flexibility to users. My only complaint is that the app version doesnt always tell you when youve been messaged, which leads to a lot of frustrations. Its best to just keep checking the app yourself, but this is a clear problem many have had and Google needs to give a work around or fox for it.

I love this app it has so many features, I love how I can text my friends all the time, but you have to send an invite and you can not see if people read your text or no like iMessage has. But over all amazing app!???❤️

I dont get it: how is this app not providing such a basic function. I get no missed calls notifications on the screen. All the notifications settings turned on.

Im a kid who doesnt have a phone, therefore I dont have a phone number. None of my friends have a phone number either. Luckily, we all have emails. This is the main way iI communicate with them.

Completely gave up on this app and what app full of fake scammers n fake girls. They lie to u dont speak clear English n refuse to video chat. They dont have a working USA phone or a camera phone.

I have an ipod touch and wanted to be able to connect with friends who had other brand phones. This app has allowed me to connect to others and have free calling. I reccomend this app to anyone who needs an app for texting.

I have the iPhone 7 with the latest update and it just wont download. I have plenty of storage and I even turned my phone on and off. I have no clue why it wont download but its very frustrating!

This app is free and I can text my cousin in Fresno. Since she doesnt have a phone its really hard. Then she found hangouts and now I could text her where ever I want. It doesnt matter where she is I could still text her. ??

The app will not let me answer calls sometimes. On their end it rings like no one answers but on my end I answer and no one is there b
