There’s only one issue, the voice and video chat is sorta laggy, but it’s really good to talk to friends who don’t have cell phones.

Iphone6 plus user, crashes ALL the time, my messages kept on sending mode forever. We cannot use "giphy", cannot edit pictures, very low quality on sent pictures.

My main problem is you cannot delete contacts how stupid is that! There are so many obvious options missing I just dont understand why you would make app like this

I was introduced to Hangout yesterday and it proved to be a very good way to communicate. Am pleased so far.

Hangouts is the perfect fit for my nuclear family, spread as we are through Canada and USA. In the one app, we get both talk and message, with emojis, at a very economical rate.

How can I delete a address I no longer want to have, can delete conversation but not the address ??

Can not make a call to a service when you need to dial 1 for English to continue.

I’d say hangouts is super helpful especially if you don’t want to be on face book or Instagram. I like it cause I don’t get caught up in Instagram or Facebook cause those apps can be really discouraging sometimes so google hangouts is a much chat area cause there’s no distractions it’s just chats connected to your gmail account which I think is super nice:)

For some, reason my hangouts doesnt except my email account and I am a bit upset knowing that I can not talk to my best friend so pls fix any bugs that u have found in hangout because I would love to communicate with my friends a lot more so pls fix the bugs and thank u

Hangouts is the best way to call the US as an expat living in Asia! Great quality and free for most calls... Very thankful for this app!!!

I run into the issue of the hangouts app not loading a lot of the time. I will open the app and I will have to hit the Get Started button even though I’ve done it before and it will continually load and never open. It will give me a “this is taking longer than expected” message and eventually I will have to uninstall and reinstall. It’s VERY annoying. When the app works it works awesome, but when it doesn’t it REALLY doesn’t. Interestingly enough, I NEVER have this problem with this app on my Android phone...

I love hangouts for the conversations I dont want my parents seeing, like w/ my boyfriend ?. Its easy to access from anywhere and can be deleted from my phone so my parents dont see my conversations. It would be good if you guys could partner with Apple to allow iPhone users to share GIFs from the #images function in iMessage. Thanks

I love the app for the most part one issue that I keep experiencing is a problem where my contact’s picture/ icon keeps going blank as if they don’t have their account fully set up. When I go into their actual account information I can see it, but when I return to our messages their icon turns back into a blue silhouette

Please add a dark theme for light sensitivity. Video calls get terminated when incoming phone calls occur.

Yea i agree it does need to be changed really badly or shut it down
