App works great for communicating on desktop or mobile device. Wish I could search through pics sent to specific people more easily instead of scrolling through past messages in hopes of finding it.

I was disappointed to see that this app has no features for iPhone users. I cannot see if someone is online or if theyve read my message. I can only see one photo at a time and cannot scroll between photos. I have to open one photo, view it, then close it and then find another. Painful and slow. I have other texting apps - Viber Telegram, Message - all are better than this one!

App crashes in the middle of a call, makes other open apps crash too. Says failed to send when trying to send pictures. Fix please.

Hangouts has transformed the way we engage and interact with the customers and with internal teams. Best tool to collaborate with the remote teams. Highly recommended.

I love this app so much but I hate that its taking away its text feature its such a stupid idea and I have so many memories and this is the only way Im able to contact my best friend. Love this app. Hate Google

Ive had this app for years and I love it so much! I even talk to my long distance girlfriend on it. Its free unlike texting to another country. This app is AMAZING

We use this app for communicating about family events, sharing pictures, and chit chat. A simple and efficient way to reach all of us.

Usually a great app, but recently it has NOT been working properly for my long distance girlfriend and I. We call each other 2-3 times a day using this app and nowadays we arent getting notified with one anothers calls. It never used to be a problem but now it is and its causing problems with our only form on communication .. please fix this !!

I have a Google phone, my kids have iPods, my wife an iPhone. Hangouts allows us all to stay in touch and all my kids need is wi-fi, no monthly phone bills. A necessity for families or groups using more than one type of operating system.

Its a very good app for people who dont have messages on their phone. Its also very child friendly! I recommend it!!! And Im loving this app!!?

Hangouts is awesome because I can text my friends from long distances away.

Msg and video calling works great. The best feature is you call any Phone Number via Wifi.

I cant see whos only line who is idle who Is away whos on dont disturb I cant tell if the read my messages or not it wont say been read or seen :/

What Google Hangouts needs more than any other feature at the moment is multitasking for iPad. Lots of other nice features to have: better contact integration, and obviously, using iOS GUI and design principles, rather than Googles, which are quite ugly by comparison, and out-of-context on an iPad.
